The Kings Cabins Tambo – Terms & Conditions

By making a booking at The Kings Cabins Tambo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Cancellations • Off-Peak Season (November – March): Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in are eligible for a refund. • Peak Season (April – October): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. • Cancellations outside these periods may forfeit all or part of the booking payment.

2. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: From 1:00 PM • Check-out: By 10:00 AM Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements have been approved.

3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are strictly observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbance will not be tolerated.

4. No Pets Policy Pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or termination of stay without refund.

5. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside cabins and near entrances. Evidence may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

6. Cleaning & Damages Cabins must be left in a reasonable condition. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for soiled linen, damage, missing items, evidence of pets, smoking, or vaping. Guests are responsible for all damages incurred during their stay.

7. Lost Keys A lost or unreturned key will incur a replacement fee to cover key and lock replacement costs. 8. Guest Responsibility Guests agree to use the property respectfully and comply with all house rules.

Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these terms are breached
